Apprenticeships plays an important role with us. The next generation is mainly established from company-traioned apprentices. We offer 8-10 apprentice positions yearly.

We, as a traditional family business in the 5th generation, bear responsibility. Responsibility to our environment, our employees and customers, and to our product.

Textiles are like stories where handicraft and art, like two threads that cross each other, are combined into a pattern. Everything starts in a small room, directly underneath the roof of Curt Bauer´s  historic mansion. This room is reached by a winding staircase which is lovingly called the "Rapunzel-Tower" by the designers.

Thanks to our production and manufacturing teams, we are especially proud to be able to satisfy almost all desires, such as customized production for table and bed linens.
